Terms & Conditions for “It must be Christmas in Morpeth” 2023
This promotion is being organised by the It Must Be Morpeth (IMBM) Incorporated Business Association which is a non-profit organisation.
Customers spending over $20 in one transaction from participating businesses will be entitled to enter this promotion, this excludes customers buying cigarettes or tobacco related products, lottery products or products relating to gambling in general.
Please note that owners or family members of IMBM Businesses are not eligible to enter or win this promotion.
All participating businesses of the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association will be listed on the It Must Be Morpeth website www.itmustbemorpeth.com.au

This year we will be having three prizes and three prize draws. The first prize to be awarded will be for $200 in Morpeth Money, the second prize drawn will be for $500 in Morpeth Money, the third prize draw will be $300 in Morpeth Money. Morpeth Money is in the form of shopping vouchers that can be used at any of the participating ‘It Must Be Morpeth’ Businesses.
To enter the promotion, you must be 18 years of age and over.
Entry to this promotion is by providing your name, phone number and postcode on the entry form. Completing the entry tickets means that you agree to all terms and conditions of the promotion.
This promotion will run from the 1st October 2023 until 5pm on the 30 December 2023.
This first prize draw will occur on Sunday 26 November 2023 at 3pm. This draw will take place at a location in Morpeth yet TBA. The winner of this draw will win $200 in Morpeth Money.
The second prize draw will occur on Sunday 3 December 2023. This draw will take place at a location and time in Morpeth yet TBA. The winner of this draw will win $500 in Morpeth Money.
The third prize to be drawn will be at a location yet TBA on New Year’s Eve at 3pm, 31 December 2023. The winner of this draw will win $300 in Morpeth Money.
The winners from each draw will be notified by phone and/or email. There will be no correspondence entered into.
There is only 1 prize winner per draw – failure to be able to contact this winner within a 7-day period after the prize draw, will result in a redraw, there will be a redraw conducted by not less than 3 financial members of IMBM who will act as witnesses to the redraw.
The Terms and Conditions of this promotion will be available to read on the www.itmustbemorpeth.com.au website. Information about the website will be printed on the entry tickets.
All entry tickets will remain the property of the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association and email addresses, mobile phone numbers and addresses can be used to promote Morpeth or individual business of Morpeth who have participated in this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to require the prize winner to provide proof of identification.
The winners’ names will be displayed on Facebook and may also be shown on www.itmustbemorpeth.com.au website.
The decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Promotion and the prize winners are binding and final and the Promoter and the Sponsors will not enter into any correspondence regarding the Promotion result.
By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
