Terms & Conditions for “It must be Christmas in Morpeth” 2020
This promotion/competition is being organised by the It Must Be Morpeth (IMBM)
Incorporated Business Association which is a non profit organisation.
Customers spending over $20 in one transaction from participating businesses will be
entitled to enter this competition, this excludes customers buying cigarettes or tobacco
related products or lottery products or products relating to gambling in general. Please note
that owners or family members of IMBM Businesses are not eligible to enter or win this
competition.
All participating businesses of the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association will be listed on
all promotional material and entry tickets.
There will be three prizes and three prize draws. The first prize to be awarded will be for
$500 in Morpeth Money, the second prize drawn will be for $500 in Morpeth Money, the third
prize drawn will be for $1000 in Morpeth Money. Morpeth Money is in the form of shopping
vouchers that can be used at any of the participating It Must Be Morpeth Businesses.
To enter the competition you must be at least 18 years of age.
Entry to this competition is by providing your name, phone number and email address on the
entry form. Completing the entry tickets means that you agree to all terms and conditions of
the competition.
This competition will run from the 1 st October 2020 until 5pm on the 30 th December 2020.
This first prize draw will occur on Friday the 30 th October 2020 at 3pm. This draw will take
place at Miss Lillys Lollies, Green Street Morpeth. The winner of this draw will win $500 in
Morpeth Money.
The second prize to be drawn will be on Friday 27 th November 2020. This draw will take
place at Louise’s of Morpeth, Swan Street Morpeth at 3pm. The winner of this draw will win
$500 in Morpeth Money.
The third prize to be drawn will be the 31 st December 2020 at 2pm at the River Royal Hotel,
Swan Street Morpeth. The winner of this draw will win $1000 in Morpeth Money.
The winners from each draw will be notified by phone and/or email. There will be no
correspondence entered in to.
There is only 1 prize winner per draw – failure to be able to contact this winner within a 7 day
period after the prize draw, will result in a redraw, there will be a redraw conducted by not
less than 3 financial members of IMBM who will act as witnesses to the redraw.
The Terms and Conditions of this competition will be available to read on the
www.itmustbemorpeth.com.au website. Information about the website will be printed on the
entry tickets.
All entry tickets will remain the property of the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association and
email addresses, mobile phone numbers and addresses can be used to promote Morpeth or
individual business of Morpeth who have participated in this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to require the prize winner to provide proof of identification.
The winners names will be displayed in participating business for one month after the close
of this competition.
The decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition and the prize
winners are binding and final and the Promoter and the Sponsors will not enter into any
correspondence regarding the Competition result.
By accepting the prize, the winners agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with
all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being
interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the
prize.
All entry tickets will remain the property of the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association ‘

The personal information you have provided to the it Must Be Morpeth Business Association
by completing this entry form may be used for the purpose of administering the competition,
to contact you if you are the winner and sending you information on any of our products or
services you may be interested in at Morpeth. The use and disclosure of this information will
