How To Participate
The promotion runs from 10am on August 25th 2022 to 4pm on August 28th 2022.
To enter the promotion
1. Pick up an entry form at any of these participating businesses:

2. Then you go hunting, when you find a celebrity, have your entry form endorsed by a staff member at that participating business
3. You must find at least nine of the celebrities named on the Entry Form to be in with a chance to win the $300 of Morpeth Money.
4. When you have found at least 9 celebrities Leave your completed Entry form at a participating Business.
Terms & Conditions for “It Must Be Morpeth Celebrity Competition”
This Promotion/Competition is being organised by the It Must Be Morpeth (IMBM) Incorporated Business Association which is a non-profit organisation.
Anyone visiting Morpeth from 25th to 28th August 2022 will be entitled to enter this competition. Please note that owners or family members of IMBM Businesses are not eligible to enter or win this competition.
All participating businesses of the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association will have entry tickets.
There will be one prize and one prize draw. The prize to be awarded will be for $300 in Morpeth Money. Morpeth Money is in the form of shopping vouchers that can be used at any of the participating It Must Be Morpeth Businesses.
To enter the competition you must be at least 18 years of age. Entry to this competition is by having your Entry Ticket validated for a minimum of nine celebrities by participating stores and by providing your name, phone number and postcode on the entry form. Completing the entry ticket means that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the competition.
This competition will run from the 25th August until 4pm on the 28th August 2022. This prize draw will occur on Friday September 2nd 2022 at 11am. This draw will take place at the nominated business in Morpeth. The winner from this draw will be notified by phone and/or email. There will be no correspondence entered into. Failure to be able to contact the winner within a seven (7) day period after the prize draw, will result in a redraw. Any redraw will be conducted by not less than three (3) financial members of IMBM who will act as witnesses to the redraw.
The Terms and Conditions of this competition will be available to read on the www.itmustbemorpeth.com.au website. Information about the website will be printed on the entry tickets. All entry tickets will remain the property of the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association and email addresses, mobile phone numbers and addresses can be used to promote Morpeth or individual business of Morpeth who have participated in this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to require the prize winner to provide proof of identification. The decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition and the prize winners are binding and final and the Promoter and the Sponsors will not enter into any correspondence regarding the Competition result.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
All entry tickets will remain the property of the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association ‘

Morpeth Money
Morpeth Money is vouchers which are given as prizes in various promotions run by It Must be Morpeth Inc.
The vouchers can be used to buy goods or services at any of the Participating Businesses named on the voucher.
The Businesses named are those which were full members of IMBM Inc. at the time of the promotion.
The vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
The vouchers are only valid until the date shown on the voucher
The full monetary amount of the voucher must be used in a transaction. No change is given for partial or lesser amounts.
The monetary value of each voucher is shown on the voucher.
All vouchers are numbered and a record kept of the vouchers issued to each winner.

The personal information you have provided to the It Must Be Morpeth Business Association by completing this entry form may be used for the purpose of administering the competition, to contact you if you are the winner and sending you information on any of our products or services you may be interested in at Morpeth. The use and disclosure of this information will be subject to the restrictions imposed on us by the Privacy Act 1988.
